Problem
Funders of Trees That Count (TTC) need clear, measurable, and shareable impact metrics to communicate their contributions publicly and within governance reporting.
My role
Designed, tested and iterated an impact dashboard displaying trees funded, CO₂ mitigated, land area revegetated, and projects supported.
Working closely with the Senior Software Developer to handover, test QA, and deliver.
Result
Three month pre/post analytic comparison:
+115% increase in page views
+53% increase in views per user
+200% increase in average time spent increased from 30 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds, showing a significant boost in engagement.
From my user interviews, I found that:
Funders showed excitement in seeing their impact in an easy to digest way.
While there was an appreciation for impact stats, some complex measures such as CO2 and land size were difficult to interpret.
